New Board

Thank you to everyone who returned a ballot this year. You have elected Wade Paulson, Ben Jansky, and Cory Dahlquist to the Board joining Tim Smith and Chad Martini who were already serving.

The Budget was also approved, and 2025 dues are set at $300 per household.

The Association’s Annual Meeting of the Owners has been scheduled for Sunday, April 6, 2025. You will be receiving a formal mailed announcement prior to meeting. This will include a meeting agenda, annual report, and the proposed 2025 budget.

The issues appearing on your mailed ballot will be:

There will be three Board member spots up for election this year. If you would like your name to appear on the mailed ballot please notify the board by email.
