When are assessments due and how should I pay?
The Wilds Homeowners Association annual assessments (dues) are $3oo for 2025 and are due June 30.. You may pay online using the HOA Fee tab above (processing fees apply) or mail a check to:

*A 15% late fee will be added after June 30 postmark.
How do I get a pool key?
If you are a new resident and did not receive a pool key at your closing, please email sartellthewilds@gmail.com to request a key. The previously held key will be deactivated.

If you need to replace a lost key, there is a fee of $25. Just give us an email at sartellthewilds@gmail.com. Please allow 7-14 days to receive replacement key card. Lost keys will be deactivated.
Swimming Pool hours
The pool is for The Wilds residents only. The pool is typically open from Memorial Day to Labor day 7 days a week 9am - 9pm.
